You mean the symbol? Oh you can! Just go into wordpad, type 332, and then alt x. This symbol can be copied to the clipboard then. And you know how to insert symbols into NVDA, don't you?

The thread name should be Speech Synthesizers. As for Canadian English for eSpeak, I suppose you would have to replace "o" as pronounced in "not" or "clock" with "au". And you could have to replace "a" as pronounced in "back", with the one for British English, and then make some adjustments to make it more Canadian. And there's the "ou" as in "about".

they should really emprove on the arabic language for espeak, besides, it cant speak arabic corectly and this nothing when it comes to aribic text to speach besides discontinued voices and vocolizer which alsoo cant speak arabic right.

It doesn"t work, its like the english-us voice, the same as it is. I hear no difference between English-us and this one. I copied it to the folder gmw in the e-speak voice data folder

of course, but that's just espeak's automatic language switching, if you give it syrillic text it will actually read it with the russian espeak

Try making it read to the english Russia voice. It'll read the latin words like American English, and it'll readthe cyrillic characters letter by letter

No, its English US, even if not reading webpages. I need to have some way to show it to you guys. I need some way of recording my computer's sound

The voice is not set to English us man, it is set to english (Russia) I especially emphasised that

English russian? That's pretty a weird combo. Needless to say the russian eSpeak also has a lot of issues as far as I know.

There was a post about the newly made english with Russian accent. It doesn't work. Try it for yourselves.
