Pajper has nothing to do with Klango Clone, only with Klango Archive. Klango Archive is absolutely legal, as any Internet User is permitted to archive a forum discussion and that is only what pajper did. He has never decided to take Klango's logo and code, which is denied and quite immoral, tbh.

Furthermore, exercising my legal rights, I, Julitka, hereby formally demand the erasure of all my personal data from the platform created by user known as Karmien here on Elten, for now and for potential future, as I have never consented to its publication there.
Consenting to data processing upon registering for the original Klango Network was an entirely different matter, as was the legitimate archiving of discussions held there. However, given that Klango Network—a project officially operated by the Polish company Simplito—no longer exists alongside its original privacy policy, migrating legacy data into a clone platform to simulate continuity constitutes an unauthorized processing and publication of my data, particularly in the complete absence of a defined privacy policy.
I have not installed this clone, nor do I intend to do so on ethical grounds. While I understand that the platform currently hosts English-language posts, I am submitting this request proactively should other language groups emerge, as I am deeply concerned that any third party could potentially register an account under the nick "Julitka and misrepresent my identity.

Today night, klango crossed the 200 users mark. I just want to say thanks to everyone who registered and is giving this a try.

@ArcticMoon: I'm genuinely worried for your mental health. Antidepressants exist, you know? Perhaps try some. Prozac would probably be a good fit for you, given all the negativity and hostility you have shown in just a few days across many topics. And you downloading Klango tells me a lot more about your character.

Doesn't sound like someone who has any plans of deleting unpermitted data or is concerned about it leaking at all. Sounds like that was the goal to begin with. Why was the website up and running in the first place if it was for priv people. So many logic holes...

Of course I don't and I won't be the one who is going to sue him. Simplito is a company though and I believe they have all the resources to do so. I might be wrong though.

Obviously it was rude, since that was the intent of the post. There's a slight difference between being rude and being negative and condescending because that's the only thing you know. Her overall negativity towards certain users and user groups has now come to a point where I no longer think it's a product of boredom, but rather a deeper issue. Anyways, Elten does have its advantages over Klango for now, mainly because Braille support is much better here. The interface also seems quite dated. But for all the haters I have just one more thing to say: Stop talking, start suing! Good luck Karmien.

I firmly believe you can only have an opinion about something if you've actually seen the thing yourself and experienced what it's like. In order to have an opinion about the new Klango, I had to download it, register, and test the program for at least a few minutes before I could say what I thought about it. I think that's the only way it's fair to everyone involved. If I hadn't downloaded it and had formed an opinion anyway, that would have been the problem.
Right off the way, there are logical inconsistencies on the website. The home page is only the home page in theory; in practice, it's called "Downloads" in its main heading. The Klango Shop link leading out of the Klango program takes you to the website's home page, which, as we established, is the downloads page...

They didn't even have the nerve to introduce the paid features? :D Nothing here was properly tested, especially the server's capacity to handle the load, but that's probably the least of the problems compared to the sheer number of legal issues.

Ok, IDK what you're trying to achieve here? I don't feel the need to proofe myself, facts is that is more or less a deliberate release and no leak accident by any means. 88 just underlines that. If you can't believe it, well, the registration password is gone, so guess I am right.

i'm going to try clango now. hope its good. never tried it in 2019 when it was around

There used to be an admin password you needed to be able to register. So you would create your account normally but then need to enter a key so only people he wants on there get in.
