It's still strange why the first three commands in any given game are the same. The rest are randomized as they should be, but not the first three.

i don't know why, but in older bop its all is randomized. in new bop its, the first are bop it, then twist it, then pull it i think. or pull then twist.

In the ones I have it's all random, including the newest one I have that has the headphone jack on it.

I guess you made the game based on the new Bop it shout edition. Mine is the one from 2008 I think. Mine's got a party mode too.
