All righty, no sign of the financial message, and all is working okay I guess. Without hope I'll reload the add-on and see if I still have the speech loss problem.

Holy cow! Just did a jump from 57 to 59, and probably, there's a bit of translation work to do for the new apps!

Installed the add-on, read the first thread of this, lost speech, uninstalled the add-on again.

Oh, just two strings in the main translation file, and 24 in the speech outputter. Phew! Was expecting more. Yep, the financial message seems to be regulated now.

Yep, it only came up once, never to be seen again.

Well, YouTube seems to work now. I think it was in beta 58, where people had problems with it, but I can't say I have. I just reinstalled them as recommended, and it even dinged at me in the programs list when I was on a program with a newer version than I currently had. Very neat!

Oh I see, the encoders are only needed for conversion. You can still play, let's say, mp3, without them installed.

Sadly, the Shift+F10 bug in the files app still rears its ugly eye at me...

Elten is not giving me the script error 102 anymore.

Thinkpads, at least my X240 Thinkpad, does not have an applications key.

If it does, I'll have to try and find what combination that is.

My HP Envy doesn't have an Applications key either.

Well that's bad. It's such a useful key! My laptop's got it, and it's to the left of the right control key.

Yeah, mine also doesn't have an application key, that's shift f10 how you reach it in another way. Besides that, it's all fine, but I found a really weird bug. After going into programs installation, it gives a clicking sound when standing on youtube, the sound is like when you are browsing through the forum and you encounter a topic with unread posts. So I thought it's a new update. Clicked on the thing, it started downloading, but it did so for like an half hour and then it gave me an error and closed elten. It couldn't be my internet, because everything else works fine.

the clicking sound meens that you must update youtube. you just press on youtube, and press reinstall. and wait 2 hours untill it installed.
joke! not 2 hours but 5 minutes

Other than that, remove Youtube and install it again just to be sure that you have the latest version, 0.2

If there are updates for YouTube and other programs, there should be an Update button.

There sort of is. You get a new sound in programs installation on the program or programs that need updating. After the install the version number or numbers show the change.
