hi guys so as you can hear my microphone is very like quiet it's my headphones mic
and i've been trying to fix this issue because those headphones were
like jbl headphones don't have bad mics because i know that and the thing is that
on previous headphones it worked fine but when i bought this and i plugged it in my computer and
then after i installed clownfish it suddenly screwed up some of my settings and i don't know
what and now my microphone is very quiet and i don't know what i should change to make it louder
it's it is on 100 and i don't know what's wrong with that
um actually um i could understand half of the message um it's very weird that clownfish
does this to your microphone but haven't you installed something like vb voice meter because
that was a program and if you it was a bit like virtual audio cable i think and if you didn't
set it up correctly it would do the same thing to your microphone because i've had experiences with
it but um this is very weird because i i'm using clownfish too but i don't have these problems
all right so you should understand now because i'm using another mic
um so basically the same issue applies but and on this mic is a bit better
um and what i wanted to say is that i if i actually turn i mean i have my computer volume i
mean my microphone volume 100 and it seems as though that i recorded a lot of stuff with this
microphone like two months ago and when i recorded like some clips and stuff with obs it worked
very fine but now it doesn't for some very weird reason if you don't believe me i can
show you my obs recordings and you'll see it it's like pretty normal i mean
Firstly, writing on the forum by me it's better because I have some problems with recording
voice posts in English because I'm not native speaker, but I will try.
This question is not stupid because everyone can ask about a lot of things on the forum
and recording message and showing the problem with microphone is very good because it's
a presentation.
I recommend you to turn up the volume of the microphone.
Try that.
For that I recommend press Windows and R key and write mmsys.cpl if you have Windows 10
or go to the control panel and next to the sound.
Press the record button.
Next, go to the recording tab.
Select the microphone and click the space on the properties.
You can find properties of microphone by clicking the tab.
Go to the level.
Press mmsys.cpl.
but level or something sorry but I don't have English windows here and I can't
say something more and turn up the volume of the microphone here
Sygnatura to może być w sądzie. Sygnatura sprawy np. :P
so what you do is go to a control panel then hardware and sound if you have the
category view if you have large icons go to sound or if you have small icons and
then once you're in the sound settings and the control panel go to recording go
to your microphone preferences then go to the levels tab and that make sure
that that thing is at 91 if it's not then yeah maybe Skype did something so
yeah
Off the spinner, to the skinner, it chops off layers, now I'm thinner.
these are your options one reinstall the os two go to control panel
sound or hardware and sound recordings microphone preferences levels if the first slide is at 100
see if you have the microphone boost and change the level of that if it's zero change the level
of that and then go to communication and see if that is a problem because that could be a problem
