I can confirm: the works on new website (with english version) have just started. :)
I hope it'll have been completed by end of this year, but I cannot promise it yet.

It will also be good because when the Elten Web Site will be in English, it will make it easier to promote the Elten program. A German version of the Elten Web Site would also be good.

No, but a first result of the new work (currently in Polish only). I read that on the Polish forum using electronic translation.
