[bug] [conferences] ID and URL of my channel is not available

Short description
I can't see I and url under ctrl+d on created confrence room.

Elten and OS
elten 3.0.5 rc3

Steps to reproduce
1. Press ctrl+n on conference' room list
2. While creating your own, remember to check something about allowing guests to join.
3. Press ctrl+d on your own channel, ID and url is not here.

Comments
It's possible to fix it. Just need to press ctrl+e and enter.
