Hi everyone. I just want to know how DAB+ is accessible to US blinds most likely in Germany and how the ASA system works which is stands for Automatic Safety Alert in Germany

Unfortunately I cannot say anything about the ASA system. The accessibility of DAB+ depends on the receiver used. There are simple radios with just a few buttons for scanning and saving stations, which can easily be operated without sight. The only feature missing is automatic station announcements, but these were not available on old analogue FM radios either. Some DAB+ radios have speech output; for example the Technisat Digitradio 3 Voice which even has a real TTS. However, it is not fully accessible as only the stations are announced, but not the menu options. There is another talking radio from Albrecht, I don't know the exact model. This model has a talking menu, but does not announce the stations as it uses pre-recorded prompts.

Can we contact on Elten via call one moment and you can show me that thing? Note I'm from Russia and I will need to connect AVPN in order for calls to work

The radio is not near my computer, so it is difficult to demonstrate it live. There are a few product videos with examples of the TTS output on YouTube.
