The date of a post is visible under the contents of the post and the users signature, this applies both to voiceposts and textposts. On voiceposts, you might have to press space to be able to see it though. I kinda get how this can be missed if you are new to the program, so not a real issue here in my opinion. Though on a personal, not administrative note, I don't quite get the sense of your post either tbh. I understood it like you are trying to say that it's ok to talk in a agressive tone because other users did it as well, which is not a pattern we want to fall into here, but i might have misreed as this post was quite long and i am a bit tired.
