Lol gamedeck being constantly delayed has become an in-joke with one of my friends. Shame because only good can come from having another alternative to qc.

Editing this but it's kinda sad that apart from the scripting thing that idk how good it'll be, the only good thing about this over qc is the fact it actually has a good cards against humanity and that shouldn't ben an issue.

Um, he did not? The date is still August 8. But it's 23:59 even in America timezones, so everyone who's in the EU won't play it until August 9 anyway.

He did that on July 18th as well, I haven't thought to calculate the time before but I remember clearly it was meant to release at like 7AM GMT on july 18th, but then got moved to 23:59 EST july 18th before being moved to today.

Of course it's more likely it gets delayed, again. My bet is on september 5th, because that's 28 days from now. It matches with the pattern so far, first it was 2 weeks later, then 3.

meh since we're making bets here I guess he'll do it a week this time?

Honestly it's pretty dumb setting release times to something like 23:59 in an American timezone. Just sucks for Europian people.

I was just about to post that the timer is gone. Not only the timer, the whole subheading about game development being extremely unpredictable is gone too.
