The Witcher

Has anyone read the books? How did you like it?
I've just started to read the first one yesterday and I'm almost finishing it. Yeah, I love reading :)
What do you think about the series on Netflix? I've started to use the app more recently as there are more audio descriptions, even in my native language. Planning to watch the Witcher after reading the books, and if I keep doing it in this speed, it's going to happen soon.
I'm in high hopes once I can read all of this in polish as well, but I don't feel comfortable enough yet to do so.

Wait what, Netflix is accessible? As you sound like you have experience with it, how's the situation with audio described movies/series, do they describe a lot? I don't have Netflix and am very happy that most of the things that come here on public TV channels get descriptions, but that sounds interesting I know some friends who have it so that could be an opportunity to get into those series as well.

Sometimes I listened to audio described stuff on netflix since my mom has an account. Sometimes it can be difficult to follow but generally it should be understandable.

Oh yeah Netflix is accessible. And audio descriptions in german and english are fine imo.
I mean, don't have a ton of experience but watched a few series and everything went well.
