I fixed all of the forums to only allow text posting aside for the Show And Tell Forum.

I made a new thread to allow for commenting on the Moderation Applications. I also moved all off topic/shitposts over to this one. Please use it for your comments regarding applicants and the process as a whole. Once again, if you are going to comment on an applicant, even if you're going to be negative or critical, keep in mind the rules when doing so. Thank you.

Adjusted the description of the game's forum to be clearer and more specific to help with organisation. Do note: It says that you should indicate if a game isn't playable. You won't be punished for that rule because we haven't implemented such a rule, it's just a guideline for now. Besides, I think it's common courtesy to say if a game isn't playable or not. Tell me what you think.

Wellp, this is quite the changelog entry. This forum has been completely changed around in a few ways.
1. There is a new moderation team composed of myself, MatthewSmithYT and Silent Sentinel.
2. The threads from what used to be Reformed Elten English have been brought over until we bring over some older threads.
3. All punishments issued by Alchaper's moderation team have been voided.
