my tk. for real this time

since noone can fix security issues with tk, I'll probably have to find a skript which will shutt tk down with one command, most tk's which have been leaked has this loophole so people can mess with it. Hell, old 2021 where my friends used to shut most of tk clones down.

there is already souch thing as that, and its called restartserver.bgt. I have it
