I don't get any notifications

Hi everyone. For almost a week i don't get any notifications for example when i get a new message while i am online i won't hear a notify for it, i will be able to see that i've got it only in messages menu or what's new.

Maybe your sound theme has no notification sound.

Working on a completely new notifications system for Elten 2.5.3 or 2.6 and website.
I'm trying to avoid causing mal-functioning of old services, but sometimes it's not as simple. That's the reason.
