Is it possible to make the newer Facebook like the basic verssion?

Since the update of Facebook. I've found it slightly confusing. It used to be easy to scrole down or through posts with the H key for headings. Now different posts are all together, including a mixture of letters and numbers. Also when I search for groups, I don't get exactly what I'm looking for, or even a group discription, which I used to get previously. Sometimes group names are in other languages, even though I only use the english form of Facebook. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I find it easier to navigate by articles in the news feed. Headings still work and I still use the basic site.

Strange? the basic site doesn't work anymore. Even when I type it in it goes straight to facebook.com

Facebook tried to pull a fast one on me yesterday. I got a message saying it would no longer work on this browser after a certain date. The browser I'm using is Firefox, one of the browsers they told me to get, so I hid the message and if it does stop working on this browser, then I'll be gone from Facebook, no more to be seen there. I won't download a possibly hijacked version of my browser, not for them, not for anyone!

That's exactly what it did to me. I'm stil using Firefox and was told that it would stop working because Facebook was updating their security or such a long those lines. It's strange it's not working this side. I haven't tried it with chrome. So this is how things stand.

Facebook implement it gradually. It means that some people still have access to mbasic, but mainly without new posts. There's no option to make the view the same

i only use the ios app from the ios app

I use the main site now as the mobile and basic sites are a thing of the past. It's a pain but I can do it. Funny thing, though, one comment or reply I made sent me back to the supposed nonexistent basic site, strange.

What was the link in that situation?

I didn't check the link, just noticed that the format was back to what I used to have, and now don't have again.
