To my knowledge a chirp refers to the ai creating a bit of sound, a full generation. To my knowledge each generation takes 10 credits, the free tier receives 50 credits which iss equivilent to 5 chirps. It was also a command on the suno discord bot but I'm not sure weather that's still a thing
