A week or 2 have passed though -- (pajper): I did a little there, but not that much. I honestly admitted that I have not so much time. But it's going on definitely. Please give me some time, maybe a week or two.
Elten is an open-source program, developed in one man's free time and by one man. And I admit that I have had enough of this tone of approach towards me. I am extremely sorry for all the delays, but I will not accept being brushed aside like this. At this point in time with Elten itself, I had fixes to make (if only related to the recording of audio posts), a tidy up on the English community that is ongoing, server optimisations, among other things regarding what's new. Even now there are known bugs that I'm working on at the same time, led by notifications of new comments. And all this for a project from which I haven't seen a penny. So that's the tone in which we won't talk.
I think that was not the most polite way to address him. Wow, I understand the desperation of users. But let's take into account all the work that @pajper does alone, and therefore I consider that we should be friendlier with him because of all the work he does, and because he has treated us well at all times. I don't know, it's just an opinion.
I agree with you about the fact that it's only one man developing and it's difficult. However, I have a feeling you unfortunately took up more stuff than you can manage all at once. If you accept an advice from a friend, (although nowadays we don't talk much), I'd look at all the things I've taken responsibility of, and as harsh as it sounds, I'd say no to projects I simply can't carry on. I see you don't have time, and you work on all of your projects with a passion. But we are all humans, and we can't work on a thousand things all at once. :)
Well, lol, I am sponsor, and I am not restrictet to talk about the beta, I mean, I can't share it or something, but if there is an update or not is, as I sayd, no secret I believe.
Yeah right. But wow so again it's about money? I won't pay a penny, sorry. I'd also like to, again, take into account that breaking promises is kinda bad. Ya know, first comes organization. Second comes having a plan that is actually working and not resulting in making users expect something within a few weeks already and it's a month if not more. Moving comunity topics to places is reeeeally not that dificoult. And people could help you if we'd have a clue of what it is you actually plan with this comunity. Just my opinion. Lol. Poppular phrase.
