@8, Is that even possible? Surely the files need to be on your computer in order for you to sync them to your iPhone. Last I heard, you couldn't just store a bunch of m4r files on the iPhone itself and use the iTunes app to sync them.

Itunes is, broken to say the least. I know how to tipicly solve it's issues but things like that I'm not quite sure how that worked. which is probably why it failed.

This is why I import my ringtones as Garageband Projectslol

How is GB gonna help you sync those tones to your iPhone though? Also I don't believe GB is available for Windows.

You record the ringtone on garage band you can email yourself the download link, then you share the song after you record the downloaded tone in garage band, and share, then there is a ringtone option

nope guys there is one chinese ringtone maker app that can export your selected music to garageband instantly and in 2 or 3 clicks you can export them to ringtone.

Wouldn't it be easier to use reaper to cut the desired ringtone, convert it with format factory and upload it through iTunes?

her itunes broke her phone pretty much when she tried uploading them to her phone from her computer. garage band lets you do it all from your phone.

Doesn't Reaper support M4R files natively?

her itunes for pc is the thing that caused this error. it won't change anything if you use reaper and save them to itunes and try again :/

Hello everyone. I am thrilled to tell you all that I fixed the problem. There was a computer causing my library files to corrupt and so we got rid of it. I have all of my ringtones back on my phone now with no problems. Thank you so much for all the help.

have you tried iMazing? they make it for both windows and macOS.
also, on macOS, it's 100% accessible with voiceover
it's a trap!!!!!
