Anyone know of any games that are text, can be with or with out sound, that you can take over the world? Starting as like Canada or something? I mean you can start as any country but then build forces and stuff to invade others?

If the nation has a coast, you simply declare war with them. In the war screen, click launch sea invasion and every month more and more troops and resources will be sent to the conquering planet. IF it's land locked you'll have to either invade a nation that borders it with a coastline or call it quits. If you have a land boarder with them you'll automatically invade them.

It's supposed to have Voiceover support on IOS and NVDA support on Windows. Not sure about JAWS/Narrator

That one has info on where to get the most up to date information. You should use the link provided in that thread rather than the first one. I'd be willing to answer if you have any questions, just do at least a basic level of research. There's also a pretty vast wiki, so you should be able to google some problems.
