stupidest thing you've ever heard of

Hello everyone, it's Naruto. So, I was just thinking about this, and I heard this a couple years ago. But, um, what's the stupidest thing you've ever heard of? Uh, there was a woman, I'm not sure where she was from, uh, be it US or Canada or whatever, but this woman poured Drano, or, you know, had someone pour Drano in her eyes because she wanted to be blind, which I thought was pretty stupid. So, like, question. One, what's the stupidest thing you've ever heard of? And going back to what I said, how many on here want to be blind, or would want to be blind if they could see? I mean, I certainly wouldn't. Not that I have any qualms about being blind, because that's my life, but still, eh, just a thought. So, um, what's the stupidest thing you've ever heard of?

okay let me see the stupidest thing I've ever heard off in my 32 years of life was once I heard in a magazine that a man injected himself with kitchen oil because he wanted to increase his his size you know he wanted to get a little fat yeah because he he was really thin and he wanted to be he wanted to get a little fat because his you know he was not feeding into his clothes but can you imagine injecting yourself with kitchen oil just to become just to get a little fat that's that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my 32 years of life yeah you have to be very stupid you have to be such an idiot to do such a thing oh no no no no no no no no definitely not I mean

are you serious oh my god that's for that's kind of messed up to be honest i don't know what to say i don't know if it's the stupidest but one of the things that i certainly heard was that there were some boys and they played with samurai swords actual katanas you know and they i don't know how they did it but one of the boys or maybe two at once i don't even know uh put the by accident um put it inside the socket you know where you plug things electrical things and it killed the boy or the two boys at once it's killed them straight away because obviously metal electricity i actually recommend you there's this like i don't know what what would i call it it's like a movie documentary type thing but with many seasons i guess and then episodes yeah i think it's called a thousand ways to die and you can find a lot of stupid things there

injecting kitchen oil to make your well thing fatter let me think about that one long and hard i sure hope not i won't be doing that anytime soon although i do have something i would consider stupid but in the department of what i witnessed back in my junior year at jefferson high school between 1995 and 1996 it wasn't necessarily stupid as in an event that happened but it was a policy change they implemented usually most high schools have a five minute passing time to get from one class to another obviously if you're not in the class on time you're considered tardy you'll go to a specially designated area and have to get a tardy slip in the case of jefferson in this 1995-1996 school year what they opted to pull off was a six minute passing time i sure wish i knew why but to me it just it just felt counterintuitive because certainly i was always making it to class on time while everyone else was dramatizing gossiping gaga gooing gee gee geeing pre-facebook pre-tweeting as if the networks never existed so yeah go figure oh uh i did catch the bit about the woman that did pour drano in her eyes uh not cool or should i say

Well then, oh, this is probably what I have heard, like, I heard someone put their phone in their microwave just because they want it gone. Why in heck would anyone be so dumb enough to do such a thing? Why? Just why? I don't understand it.

oh my have i got something wacky to add here just recently heard this on gma i want to say it was last thursday i do believe yeah a mother and her five-year-old daughter uh the daughter i can't really claim being stupid but the mom the well the five-year-olds basically any other well five-year-old girl but the mom i think she's the ultimate stupid one here because she opted to name her daughter a b c d e ab city is how it was pronounced

Alrighty then, that's just wrong on so many levels.

I think the stupidest thing I ever heard was these companies selling audio cables and ethernet cables and HDMI cables, power cables, and other types of cables like that for like $10,000, like hundreds, like thousands of dollars. And like, they make all these ridiculous claims about like, like there was a claim on a $10,000 ethernet cable that said it made things sound better, which doesn't make sense because it's just transmitting data from your network connection. It's like, it's crazy. And like $10,000 patch cables or whatever, it's crazy. Like it's, they're just patch cables. That's all they are. It's crazy. Yeah.

Yeah, that's pretty stupid.

Well, I also heard something stupid that some girl put a phone in the bath with charger enabled, I don't know why but it's pretty stupid.

Hmm, the steepest thing I've ever heard. Yes, it is a story that was published at a German news platform in 2017. There was a man who was blind and he had three Android phones and he was putting them together and he created a phone with nine speakers. That is very stupid, or if you ask me. And that is the most stupid thing on this phone. On this phone there could be run three speeches at the same time. Three speech synthesizers at the same time. That is cool.

oh well it was the stupidest thing I ever heard of I don't know oh yeah let's see there was this guy that didn't hear it from any news thing but I got what I was told by a friend at the time and he was you know he was into drugs and all that kind of thing and he liked to experiment so what he did was he injected he no let's see let's start this from the beginning he had this this coding these coding pills and he crushed these coding pills and put them in a syringe and injected himself with the coding that was crazy I mean that was he was definitely in for some self-harm there yeah and let's add something that I've actually experienced that was stupid and and that kind of made me feel stupid because in our in our school system in our school for the blind where I went to school for the first ten years of of my school life, they suddenly decided that it wasn't enough to have four years of elementary school, as we normally have here in Germany, but for the school for the blind, you had to have an extra year of elementary school. So that made five. And then you could go onto the other stuff, whichever. But why should a blind person need an extra year? It doesn't make sense. It just doesn't. We're not more stupid than sighted people and we have the ideal environment for being taught stuff. We don't have to, or we didn't have to. compensate errors of sighted teachers or stuff you know that wasn't accessible things like that technology that wasn't working right that wasn't accessible anything nothing like that no we just were we just were made just to happen a fifth year of elementary school for no reason they gave us they didn't say blind people need more time for this and for that they just said we're gonna have five years of elementary school from now on

so the stupid the most stupid thing i have ever heard in my life it was it was like recently i joined the university today and you know i'm a fan of music i love discussing it with everyone and i was talking to my friend and i told him oh do you know this russian band the russian band of 80s they played like like yeah um he told me that he doesn't know it i was a little bit um confused like this band is really popular like because some of their tracks were playing on radio stations a while ago well just because these songs are popular and he told no i don't know it and i told but this is the famous band of 80s and then one of my group mates said the most stupid thing in the world it even offended me that's so stupid that i cannot even imagine how could that thing come to her hand she told oh you know which year are we born like we are born in 2000 or 1999 or 1998 if we are referring to this thing with with this statement um it means like if we are born in 1999 or 2000 or whatever we cannot think about the past that's so stupid i immediately imagine like if someone knows that we are tracking what was in the past in the world of music or something else we will be locked in in a in a jail or even this this so stupid like how could it come to the head i am a little bit offended like well what

The stupid thing which I heard it's putting balloons to microwave. You know some person from school put balloon to the microwave and guess the result of this. What happens?

Man, I saw a thing, I think it was on YouTube, where someone had placed a light bulb in a microwave and that was quite an explosion and they said something about it flashed really bright before it exploded or something like that. Man, talking about stupid, but oh well, it's their microwave I suppose.

I think the most stupid thing is that one guy on YouTube was describing in Russian why the earth is not a ball but flat.

The stupidest thing I've ever... It's hard to say. There's a lot of stupidity around. No. I would say the best song in the world. That's positively stupid. If you know what I'm talking... I mean, what is it? The best song made in the world. Probably. I forgot who actually did it, so I don't remember the name. But if you type in YouTube the best song made in the world, you're surely going to find it. And it's wonderfully stupid. It's wonderfully stupid.
