yes but if you put a word or phrase in quotes it means its with more emphasis

It cannot guess context allways but you might try to play with the stability slider. When less stable, it is more sensetive to the word meanings.

Because they use the same word for fact, the only difference is that they pronounce it with A and not ae. In even easier words, they say something like fuckt.
По факту or pa fucktu is like when you say in english "facts", but not in the plural meaning, but when you tell someone he tells facts
