I have a question: I just installed teamtalk on my computer. I do apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong area, however I'm not sure where this would go. are there any teamtalk servers that I could join?

There is. Mostly how ever, active teamtalk servers are usually the internet version of secluded gatherings for private groups of blind people and are not disclosed because teamtalk is a security nightmare. If you have any friends that use teamtalk, you might want to ask them for the relevant connection info.
