Changing IBM TTS Sample Rate

Why does ibmeci50.dll also work? Also viavoice breaks a lot with IBMTTS so I stopped using it

I'm using the IBMTTS dictionaries from Github And that fixes more stuff then x0 version.

lol I don't even know from wich dev, website, store what ever, my IBM is. as long as the main voice, language and speed changing are working, everything is fine for me.

How do you even add stuff to the community dictionary

The only thing that I know is you have to learn how to write eloquence phonemes.
