Hi all! Firstly, I want to say sorry for my English skills, I'm from Poland and it is sure in my opinion that I made a mistake after next mistake, so sorry. I'd like to say hello to us on this voice forum. At this moment, the options of voice forum like recording aren't translated yet, but I'll try to translate it as soon as possible. I reckon he didn't know how to stop the recording because it wasn't translated yet in this beta version. Now it is translated.

The voice form in Elton works better than the forms in Clangor.

hello um yeah does actually the forums on this do actually with the voice forums do actually work better than clangos so about the program it could use some more translation I mean everything's not fully translated but I would like to see everything fully translated like some of the programs and some other things thank you

Hello there! In case there is any need for help with a German translation I'd be willing to do that. I said so in the German forum as well, in the text forum, but this is my first post on any voice forum here on Elton, because obviously NVDA or whatever has some problems. Maybe it's my headset that has problems with some programs, including Elton, when it's not plugged in before the program is started, and it won't use the driver for the voice posts and all that. It will still come through the speakers. ... And so it won't use the microphone either. So I figured that out, since I had the problem with other programs too. Now let's get to all the stuff. What I have been experiencing lately with the media catalog, as I wanted to add both stuff to my radio and to the general media catalog, ... ... is that I cannot add anything. Period. I mean, I can't fill out the dialogs and all that. ... And then I press enter when the thing is finished, and I want to play it, but there's nothing there in my radio. And then there is this where you enter a URL. I've tried that as well, with different file formats, depending on what radio stations offer. I tried the Windows media format, I tried the PLS playlist format that the radio stations were offering, and neither worked. ... ... And I didn't try the format for the cell phones for the smartphones, because I thought that might not be what Elton needed, but something's wrong there. ... ... ... And there are some dialogs in Elton, for instance, the program update, and I'm not update dialog when you start the when you start updating that's only in polish so it doesn't worry me because there's no there's been no error so far but it's it's kind of strange and if there is an error then there would be a problem because I really wouldn't know about it and so lastly something I've also mentioned on the German forum and I have some help from the German forum updating to the version I have right now because the installer I first had that was on a link on the Klango forum it was an old installer and then it wanted to update to version 1.394 or whatever that was and then I got all the other updates on through the program itself but my husband who has windows 10 as opposed to me who has windows 7 could not run that old installer so by now we have the English site the the URL of the of the English Elton site and we could go on the download page there except there is a 404 not found error so there's no way that he can solve this thing and I'm wondering is there any way because I might get a new computer in in the near or medium distant future so I will need the new version of Elton and now having be having windows 10 of course in and I'll be need the Elton again I'll be needing in a newer version of it because of this old installer won't run on windows 10 then it won't run on mine either so I'd be very grateful that that installer page that download page was not an error 404 all the time updating through the program itself as I said works fine except is in polish there are some stuff like the the visiting cards are not translated and of course if you if anybody writes a German or English description get description of themselves into the visiting part then of course that's in the in the language is written written in but the statistics and all there is is not in is not in German or English it's in polish yeah

Hello again. I heard on the text forum that someone was having issues hosting here since the update to 2.0.rc5. Now it's updated to 2.0.rc6 and I finally have time to check whether this records. So I don't know. We'll see. Or whether it sends. Whatever. I'm just testing this. So no more babbling.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and I'm going to try this again. It seems when I record a new post, the whole program freezes and I have to restart the program again. Anyway, I won't be posting a lot of audio. I'm mostly doing a lot of text posts and a lot of audio consumption and maybe a little blogging. It would help though if you... ...creator, you know who you are, it would help if you would allow us to add our own RSS feeds. Because I do have a blog and I really don't want to have to make a whole new one and transfer content over here and everything. So... ...if you could allow us to yank it all from an RSS, that would actually be really helpful and it would automatically post anything new from the RSS. Thank you!

Hi, my name is Thierry van Doorn. I used to be in Klango also and there I was known under the username Kelsey but for some persons that really was confusing to them and that's why I decided not to use that name any longer here in Elton. But as you can see now I'm known under the username RailwayGuy. Well I must say to begin with Elton is a really good program it is a good replacement for me anyway to ease the pain of not having Klango any longer. Other than that it's it's really good to begin with with the the voice forums. What I like most of all is the that there is no limitation time for the voice forums. You can talk it seems me as long as you want. Compared with Klango there was only two minutes or so I believe and and for messages voice messages there was five minutes I believe. But here I haven't tried the voice message yet here with Elton but with the forums the voice forum I mean it seems like you can talk as long as you want that there is no limit time limitation so in a certain way that's good because otherwise with Klango it was so you always had to listen very carefully to that certain beep that was warning you about your your timing and so here it seems that's not the case and that's what I find really good so there is less stress here. That's good. Anyway it took me quite some time because I'm already on the Elton I've installed the Elton program as soon as Klango disappeared that was on May 24 but concerning the voice forums I haven't done anything yet I'm only starting now and the reason for this was that for a long time each time I wanted to play a voice forum post it didn't do anything I couldn't play one here. with Elton but that seems to change now for one or other reason and I'm glad actually furthermore there was one of the users here called somebody and I'm going to talk about the things now that you mentioned there concerning the updates well that issue has been solved now that it was only mentioning it in Polish it's now mentioning it in English so when there is an update I'm also a Windows 10 user and sometimes I must say if I try to install Elton it's a challenge sometimes it wants to install it and sometimes the Windows 10 program gives an error so I think that has to do with the fact that I don't know the developers what kind of program they are using whether they are using Windows 10 or lower 8 or 7 I don't know and if that could cause the problem I don't know either so I have no idea but anyway it's giving me sometimes errors too and I find what works the best is if you go to the Elton website then I come back on that later if you go to the Elton website and you go to the download and you start to download the program I find what works best for me is not to run it right away but save as they call that the download cubicle and put it in your Windows Explorer there where it's very convenient for you to find it and then you just go to your Windows Explorer and you find the the cubicle there from Elton and I usually put it on the downloads and you find it there and then install it from there and to me that that seems to work better for me most of all when you're using Windows 10 and there was a problem last Sunday with the update from that we had on 21st of October it was Elton wasn't willing to update it was downloading the update but it wasn't willing to install it so I had to remove Elton out of my computer and reinstall it and that didn't work very well either I had to give it a try several times but finally I managed to install it anyway and now concerning the Elton website of course we all know that the Elton website is only in Polish but I have found that if you use Google Chrome if you happen to have that web browser on your computer if you use Google Chrome and you use the translation option it works really excellent to translate it from Polish into English and what Google mostly does is Google Chrome what they mostly does is first of all you have to go to the options menu concerning translation and put it under the proper option like translating from Polish to English and that's all once you have done that you never have to do that again and what Google Chrome also does it's translating all the links that are on the Elton website right away as soon as you press enter on a certain link let's say on the download things before it shows up it's translating it and that find that fantastic because with Windows 10 the new web browser they have there Microsoft Edge it's also that they also have a translate option translation option but you have to install it first but it doesn't work as well as the Google Chrome translation option and so therefore like for instance what you have with Microsoft Edge it's it's doing a good job but if you say you are on the Elton website and you press on a certain link you each time have to press the translation button again to translate it doesn't do it automatically as Google Chrome does so therefore I find it much better and then concerning the media catalog since I'm having Windows 10 I don't even have access to the media catalog at all for one other reason I don't know why that is but I'm looking forward to what future updates from Elton and assume that will change so I couldn't even enter a URL no matter which one because I just can't have access to the me it always returns me to the Elton main menu page of the program and if I use the DX mode from Elton then Windows gives an error 262 error whatever that why that is I don't know some computer specialists here perhaps may know something better like that is or whatever anyway as I said I look to future updates of course I think that's about all I have to say here and so I'll talk to you folks later bye now you you
