hello there. so, on team talk, I use a stream. the thing where you press control n and do new client and log your stream in. Mine is really low quality, and by the way I am using a dell laptop with the stupid max audio pro thing that is the bain of my existance. anyways, back to the point. Does anyone know of a way to make my stream quality higher? I use VAC to stream stuff with, but still the quality is terible. Even when turning of signal in hancements. thank you for the help.
the first thing to do is to get rid of your waves maxx drivers. If you need a hand, drop me a pm and I'm going to help.

In most cases, except HP, Asus, and some Acer modells. Be carefull.

hello, while being in the other profile aka stream profile in your teamtalk, press f4 and go to the sount system, there, hange the output device to what you need such as line one or something, and then uncheck all the checkboxes there, list of them below, they all should be unchecked. Enable echo cancellation (remove echo from speakers) check box not checked, Enable automatic gain control (microphone level adjusted automatically) check box not checked, Enable noise reduction check box not checked, If it won't work, contact me privately and we will see what we can do!

The TT Media Bot can be found here https://github.com/Seedy-Threepio/TTMediaBot. Please note: this project is not mine. I just made a fork of the repo and improved the readme since the original is a grammatical house fire. I submitted a PR to the original developer, but he hasn't approved it for some reason.
Yeah, no solution for HP, right? I hate the current driver and have been searching for some way to get rid of it for years. -- (ArcticMoon): In most cases, except HP, Asus, and some Acer modells. Be carefull.
There's indeed a solution for HP as well, it's just diferent than the original process. In fact, you need to replace the audio controller instead of the drivers found under sound, video and game controllers. This one you need is under System devides.

What? Well, will try to figure it out. -- (ArcticMoon): There's indeed a solution for HP as well, it's just diferent than the original process. You need to change the audio controller because if you simply change the drivers, the controller still stays the same and you'll get no sound after you reboot your device. It's been a while since I did these steps on the HP I had but if anyone wantss, I could write some kind of a guide.
