I've come across this one website. In order to sign in. You need to solve a capture. unfortunately there is no audio. Not that the audio helps much. Any programmes available? I did have webvisum but forgot my password and now it's no longer compatible with newer verssions of firefox. There's another one called capture monster but that one you have to pay for.
Webvisum is no longer in development. Meanwhile, CAPTCHAs are getting more tricky, the kind that won't let CAPTCHA-solving sites work, ones like check the ones that have street signs. Meanwhile, bots are able to solve them right and left, and the blind community continues to be discriminated against by these horrific monsters!
I only know of paid services such as Captcha be gone, have never used them however. Probably this won't help with most Captchas, but you can try to use NVDA's OCR functionality under Win10. Using OCR I once was able to solve a captcha to change my email address on amazon.

I subscribed to CAPTCHA Be Gone. Right after I did that, my bank's website changed to the kind of CAPTCHA I referred to where an edit box wouldn't do the trick for solving it. It wasn't CAPTCHA Be Gone's fault, but still, very annoying!
Ah that's bad. With the website I'm trying to sign up with, even the sign in button doesn't do anything. Have tried it with internet explorer and firefox. Nothing. Don't know why.
True, I could. Something I haven't done before though. Not that good at explaining. A pity that captcha be gone doesn't have a trial period, such as a demo mode, or something.
@railwaygu: Captchas are created individually for each user who visits the site, therefore the site administrator cannot solve the same captcha for the user, unless he sends him a screenshot, and the administrator sends a short-term reply.

Hi all, the problem for me on the site captchas be gone is that I can't use any payment methods. Isn't there any free service anymore for solving the captchas?
It's captcha, people, not capture. c, a, p, t, c, h, a. Cap-cha.
With that out of the way, let me say that I absolutely hate captchas! I especially hate those captchas where it's just an image and there's no audio option. Seriously, why is there no legislation for this kind of thing?

Yeah, I hate captchas, too. I remember how often I really was very, really very frustrated about this. And especially, as you said, the only-graphics one. For me they really are discrimination. The best ones are where you have to check "I'm no robot".
I like the google ones because they at least give you an audio option. But then there's the automated requests thing you sometimes get; I'm looking at you, Twitch for iOS!

Google's are good, that's right. But it's a shame that *we* have to pay for such a thing. A sighted person doesn't have to. It should be thought about that not all people have that much money.
Well, I use the captchasolver service and addon. I don't know if something similar is available in English. P. S. Google's audio captchas are hilarious!
