LH TTS3000 - EltenLink

I have some SAPI4 voices installed (Sam, Mike, Mary, the Robosoft voices etc). I also have the British LH TTS3000 voices Carol and Peter. The problem is that these voices aren't showing up at all, either in Balabolka or NVDA. I know the voices are definitely installed because I can see them in appwiz.cpl. I did something before to get around this problem, but I can't, for the life of me, remember what my solution was. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I think I've had that issue as well, dunno why it happens or if there's an additional thing that needs to be installed.
