This version includes initial language filters, for now on the forum and a list of surveys. Filters are enabled by default if at least one language is selected in the profile.
They can be turned off in the context menu.

Wow, I lost speech just before downloading beta 51, so I had to disable the add-on to get this installed.
Strange, Troubled Times...
a very critical bug! when my friend registered with the username with cirillicletters, he cannot enter elten. he's username is полтергейст, poltergeyst.
I've had this speech loss before in a previous beta, which makes me wonder if there's some sort of critical instability somewhere, whether in the add-on or somewhere else. Oddly enough, it usually happens when a new beta comes out. This is a weird bug.
Strange, Troubled Times...
Hmm, I never had that issue.
same here, i have never had that happen
Sounds like another poll topic. I'm sure I'm the only one having this issue.
Strange, Troubled Times...
The same here. The only thing was: When I started Elten 51 the first time, I was asked to update the NVDA Elten add on. Probably, this could have to do with the fact that I am using the NVDA 2020.2 beta version.
To bomberman29:
I would like you, please, to stop spamming in your forum posts: if not, I might have to remove you from the beta testers group!
Now running Beta 51.
I haven't jumped up to NVDA 2020.2 beta yet, though will do so in a little bit.

By me everything works as expected.
More on my speech problem. It happens when I read the first post of a given beta release thread, talking about what is in the release in question. When I lose speech and exit Elten, then reopen the program, it is sluggish and I have to press enter on it at least twice before the program comes up. It is then that I'm prompted again to install the add-on. I have no choice but to do so because it isn't recognized if I say no to the prompt. I then get the prompt that the add-on is already installed and am I sure I want to install it anyway, and of course I must say yes.
Oddly enough, the first time the first entry is read straight through, as it is by default, everything works, till I arrow down to where the download link is. The speech stops irrevocably when I arrive on the link.
I don't know if it's due to the synthesizer I'm using, Eloquence, or if the problem lies some other, mysterious place. It is very annoying!
Strange, Troubled Times...
It could be eloquence; so try another one, if you happen to have one.
I don't, except for Windows One Core and ESpeak, which I don't like. I'll try One Core and see if it does the same thing.
Strange, Troubled Times...
There is no difference. I still lose speech with another synthesizer.
Strange, Troubled Times...
Well, I just lost speech again and I wasn't even in the beta forum this time. Very unstable.
Strange, Troubled Times...
And, the YouTube program badly needs some kind of error reporting feature. When I get a file that won't play, I just get returned to the search results as if I hadn't pressed play on the file.
Strange, Troubled Times...
@thespyde Please check if the problem is related to Braille Extender NVDA Addon.

Shoot for the Moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.
I don't have that add-on installed. I don't have a Braille display.
