Sending midi from a track to a folder (reaper)

Hi there producers,
I have a small question.
Imagine that I have a track with a simple reasynth to get a midi output, and below it, a folder with vocoder, some vstis everything in one folder.
Is it possible to send a live output, (from the first track), to the entire folder? And do I even need the reasynth to make the midi signal?
