Problems when resetting the password.

Though I am known on here as mohammedradwan, as the latter is an account I ued for 2 days and left.

Recently, someone told me about Elten again and I wanted to visit, but... surprise...

I forgot my password. What a nightmare.

I tried resetting it, and I did the steps correctly, going as far as being told I got a code, but the code isn't sent, which forced me to create a new account.

Worse, My friends won't remember me till I let them know.

Ihad 29 followers on my account and 58 I followed, All knew who I was, but now...

I will not tell you get my account back, but please fix it for the future? It is fine. I can handle.

I have no problems resetting my password on Elten, as long as you link your Elten account to your email. When you generate a password reset code, it will go to your spam folder or sometimes the primary folder of your inbox.

I tried, and checked. I understand these details, yet it didn't go anywhere.

Maybe you forgot the e-mail address you used for your account.

It wouldn't let you utilize an incorrect address.

It would. One of my friends just put imastupidbanana@icloud.com and it worked.
That was not really what they put I just gave an example.

yes, uh, that's how messed up it is... You could just put abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz@gmail.com if you wanted to and it would except that.
