Blindsoft, you don't need to be afraid of anything. As far as I know, you are in the UK. That means you are in Europe. I don't really know anything about the privacy in the UK but if you think about it, he's finding people only from the US. The privacy there is awful and as it's been said before, it's very easy to find someone's personal details only by googling enough. I've even found a site that tracks multiple databases and if I knew more than just the information that he's called Cameron Beaver, I would have been able to find a lot more about him. So would you, because it's public. I have a friend, he lives in the UK as well, who once found most of his family with similar methods and when he exposed Cookie, he got very mad at the guy.

You cannot form IPs. Like I said, closest thing that you can do, get on the network if it's open.

Because cookie is known to constantly switch on people and will instantly praise them again when they again fullfill his demands. That's actually nothing new at all.
We all know that cookie can't do shit but he is a master of manipulation, threatening and especially a master of creating shock moments which he then uses to get what he wants. On young impressionable people that is.
I think i know what you mean or what you are refering too. Trigger warning. Yes, the guy threatened to kill him self. To me, when I was 13. And he does this fucking often. Why did he do it? Because a person i was friends with refused to add him back to skype. Wow. And i say this only once, this is a topic i don't play games with.
