i actually really like the name little america for some reason lol

We have the same here, though that's in a city near by. A lot of american named places, and many who live their have american ancestors or lived in the US before only to come back a generation later.
Norwegians are strange hahaha.

They call Serbia little Russia although out of all the country's that influenced us Russia probably had the least effect over all, at least as far as things average people would notice. We just will never forget that one time Russia was kicking Turks in the ass along with us, and to be fair we shouldn't, but we shouldn't forget the times they didn't show up but that's getting too far from the topic.

We have lots of these places here in Canada. As well as Tim Hortence.

@39 yeah, sounds about right. I'd wager that it's even worse for us Arubians because we've got 10% your population. There's only 1 local TV station that does next to everything, and we've had to painfully Americanise to keep up with the influx of tourists unwilling to understand foreign customs.
