Don't wanna talk about any specific brand watches in particular here, though you can surely do that. Rather about the general usecase, whether you like them, etc.
As for me, I recently preordered my first one (Pixel Watch 4) which will arrive on friday. I don't ´know yet if the price will be worth it for me, but yeah I'm looking forward to play with it, and I think it'll be useful. I'm especially interested in the health/sleep tracking features and, checking the time ofc.

I don't have one and I also don't think I need it. It doesn't bother me to do my stuff on my phone. I also don't count my steps or anything

I love having an apple watch. I can check the time using vibration so I don't anoy others,I can track work outs, and quickly record to take notes for later. I used to use a pixel watch 2, it was pretty good, but would slow down if it was on a charger.

Hmm, sounds like an interesting feature. I think that's where the Pixel Watch, even the 4, is sort of running behind. It's a great device, I like the UI and stuff, but in the end I think Apple still has more health and accessibility features. But well, I went the Google route, and am happy with it. It does what it should, and I hope they'll update it frequently.

@Grace any Wear OS app suggestions? Anything to sideload that works great. At some point might look into another TTS.

The only one I can think of that's any good is the Pixel Watch, I think they're up to 4 now? I've not really been keeping up with Pixel stuff lol but if you don't wanna be dragged into Samsung's ecosystem then I'd go for the Pixel Watch.

Well I guess the Galaxy Watch would be ideal then.
