I am requesting that, unless substancial evidence is brought forth to support the user Manny 0211 being implicated in the said acts, that attacks on him in that nature stop now.

The moderation team strongly opposes the abuse and exploitation of everyone, but particularly the most vulnerable, IE, Children, however, it is exactly that reason why we require concrete evidence to brandish someone with the P label and take appropriate action. We will not be tolerating bullying of any kind, not to mention libel in every semi-functional jurisdiction is a serious offense, and many of you, I suspect, may have crossed that threshold assuming evidence to the contrary is not forthcoming.
Everyone deserves a fair chance and a right to due process. At the end of the day, if we ban Manny 0211 because of illinformed community outrage today, it may just be you tomorrow. So please take this into account and please be so guided.
