Hm, question, how do you load drums in bassmidi, IDK how to spell it ;)? My experience shows that isn't possible

What I never liked about using basmidi was that it could only be used on one channel. At least that was my experience. That was the big thing that drove me away from Reaper. Well, that, and the fact it was so hard to do even simple tasks in it for me.

Attention. The next recording is something quite experimental again, NVM. PS: the distortion on the bass line is intentional ;).

oh yeah, also speaking of midi, is there any way that it could be possible to make your own midi files? Either with a midi keyboard or through a sequencer. Natter of fact, what sequencers are out there that you can use for midi recordings/conversions to .mid?

Ok, Ithink this is hands-down one of the best tracks of mine. Essencially this is sleepless nights (the song from post 46) given a bit of love (about two hours ot be more specific) with a more up-to-date music theory knowledge. I think I also fixed the scale and replaced the piano with one from 4 front true pianos.

interesting. What kind of plugins can you get with these different sounds? Also how to have reaper not use everything on only 1 channel?

You could just record your instruments on a new channel I think. Or put them on seprat tracks as well. That should work if you know how channels work. I usually don't mess with channels unless I'm strictly using drums.
