Sadly I can't do anything about it, the reverb I didn't do. I'll see what I can do about shifting it to the proper scale, I know that it is a thing but I forgot how to do it with audio clips in Ableton.

It's probably a trauma from your youth. When you didn't know something at school, were you also told that you would never understand it and there was no point in explaining it to you? A little empathy, seriously, everyone once was studying, and you can train your musical ear, but it takes practice.
