oh yyeah! i know how to count on the big old mechanical calculator (arythmometer or how does it call), the calculator felix. but the result must be read by a sited person. so it is not for blind. the next poster uses dtmf signals to dial on a landline phone. i meen you get the dtmf signals near the microphone of the telephone and wait it to listen them

No, not now anyway. In a similar fashion to 132, the next poster can identify numbers that are being dialled, or just numbers in general, based entirely on their dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF) tones.
