weird issue with resilio sync

Hi all.
I have this strange issue with resilio sync while installing.
it asks me for a user name and password, and i don't have a password. i type in my user name as seen in both c:\users, and my system summery thing

for that to install your user has to have a password or it's gonna yell at you

I did system, with capital S. now I launched the web UI and it's saying something about securing the web interface.

yeah you need to create an account in resilio itself so it can store that info for when you sync stuff, don't even know why it does that
