Anyone Have Success Running Elten On A Computer With An ARM Processor?

Hi Everyone!
I am finding that I want to use Elten more, as I am really loving this community. My issue is that I am primarily a Mac user, and I am now using a computer with Apple Silicone, which is based on an ARM processor. Has anyone successfully ran Elten on an ARM based machine? I have a virtual machine of Windows on ARM running in VMWare Fusion, and when I open Elten, I get an error about a DLL.
Has anyone been successful in getting this to work? This is the one program giving me issues on ARM. Would love to not boot up my Surface Laptop just to use Elten.

Well, got it to run, but the audio is so choppy. Not sure why. Oh well, guess it's better than nothing.
