I have the same thinks so i decided to leave administration of main Elten groups few months ago.

I mean I get it, that's why I'm not even a mod on here anymore, but you need to protect your image, because with power comes responsibility and such stunts won't win any votes or any support I'm afraid. Just keep in mind, I'm saying this as a friend and a supporter, not a random hater wo has no life and wants to make otherr people's lives worse.

Yes, it existed how ever, the posts where sometimes completely undetailed, sometimes it just came down to "user x has received a warning." Why? Well that was not written down.

As far as I remember, there was a stick topic called "low of administrative action" or similar topic, where disciplaniry actions were written.

And one more thing that i see as particularely important is to be transparent, not only in the team but aso to the users, since they are driving this community after all. That means that if things are changed, this must be as clear communicated as possible. Also we should make a log of punishments and why they hapened, and important, where they happened. Since elten has no function to search for posts of a specific user yet, it can get really hard to research if users are interested.

Ask Nuno why it was. If i wil get a chance to be moderator or consultant i can provide a lot of good practices which can be set up here. But i can only work with one person which i selected in the wote.

So you only want to be moderation if a specific person gets the admin ranc, and if your will doesn't happen you won't be moderator? Well, ok.

I truly wish I'd have stuck to my initial plan and didn't vote at all. But there's no way now to reverse the vote, so whatever.

I haven't given my vote as of yet, because honestly I don't care who becomes an admin as long as they do what they need to do to the best of their ability, and don't make the rest of the community regret their decision to join it. That, and for my own reasons which I shall not disclose, the reasons I saw from those who submitted requests to join the team didn't fill me with confidence.

Umm well to be fare it is not a ishue of people in the comunity. It is people calling you out on your shit, because being here for three or so months has shown me that people are sick of it.

Why's the vote closed but still no results?

Well, voting should be open until november 12th, which comes soon. That should explain why there are no results as of yet, but not why it's already closed.

It is anoying cause i know of adleast 1 person that wanted to vote now since it was mend to be till november 12 and now they can't anymore.

unnecessary post. It is their good right to wait till today if the description sais it was open till today. If it is not open as it was promised, that's not their fold but a sign of bad organisation.
