Yeears ago I used to do the exact same thing. Bop it's, Simon's or however they were called, and furbies when I was really really young too, I had a bunch of them. Then when I was probably around 7 my collection of audio recorders started

Collecting perfumes is also a thing for me, but more about testing any perfume I can find and memorising their scent, so I can later challenge myself and surprise people with my knowledge :D

Uh, ok. No weird people at all. Meh I love iOs 10. It had all the voices from vocalizer that were there until iOS 16 plus the old siri voices with compact variants, and also for some reason I always liked when it said something downpitched, for example. General. Back button. When you clicked on that then it said general, so where you returned to just lower pitched. iOs 9 and earlier had that too but it didn't have many voices at all, especially vocalizer

I collect action figures and statues. My collection has shifted through the years, from Marvel to movies, now mainly to fantasy collectibles. Red Sonja, Dungeons And Dragons miniatures, characters from The Witcher. if it has armor and swords and stuff, I like it.

Just look for anything made by McFarlane Toys or Dark Horse Deluxe. I only have figures of Eredin because he sounded the coolest. But there are plenty of Geralts and the like too.

I collect old gramophone discs (also known as 78 RPM discs), audio cassettes and reel to reel tapes. I also have a collection of Braille musical books, and I am always looking forward to expanding it.
I may be blind, but I do not trust blindly, you see? :D

My grandpa collects stones. Every time when my family is in other countries, he asks us to bring a small stone. We have some from Austria, Spain, an island called Mmalorka, Poland and a few others.

Great to read this, thanks all for posting!

Being the strange nerdy person that I am, I've got a few music boxes and bells of different origins and sizes. But the big bulk of my collection is made up by digital stuff: music (mainly classical and traditional because that's my main obsession, but also some jazz and old pop), audiobooks and radio plays (many in English but also in other languages), old and new languages courses (anything from sanskrit to tahition), and so many other audio-based things that most people would consider useless. I simply love these things, can't help it.
