Try Deinserverhost.de. The page can be set to english and the servers, even dedicated, are very reasonably priced but still work. I had some problems with them, but I need to say for the price they have, its really good.

Linode is very average as far as pricing goes.

if you can pay some money, the best option (at least for me) is contavo.
its a best option because is cheap, fast, and ofeers very good servers for a very down price.

I'm useing Contabo and no issue's so far, I will update you guys if anything changes.

I have a vps in contabo and it is spectacular. Besides, they offer you domains and everything. alright, i guess.
