Yes agreed with Kirill, it works on AMD processors.

Whether you're on an intel or AMD CPU really doesn't matter these days. The only time it matters is if you're on Windows arm or something and you try to use an x86_64 dll and expect it to work with no issues what so ever. The emulation is very good but that's the only time I can think of where something like that might fall over.
what is sapy? Do you write the word "interface" with the y at the beginning? SAPY- speech application programming Ynterface! Thats what becomes if you write sapy. exactly ynterface. UPD: ok guys it was a joke.
Before trying to use nvda sapi double check the following: files are located in C:\NvdaSapi, exactly as i have writen: NvdaSapi, no dashes, underlines. and exactly in disk C, in root, not in other folder. After that run both reg files, for 32 and 64 bit, if your system is 64 bit, and only 32 bit if your system is 32 bit. after that i prefer rebooting the pc. and after that it should be recognized by any application.
Aliqua subscriptio hic esse debet, sed nesciebam quid ibi scriberem.
If it still doesn't work, set up or update all the microsoft net framework stuff. I had that problem once and since then it loads and the system recognises nvda sapi normally.

-- (Seedy-Threepio): Does it support writing to audio files using TTS programs yet? I'm not using it until it does.
-- That's not how it works. I tried it myself and figured it out. It doesn't have it's own engine to generate speech. It usesNVDA to do that. So since it uses NVDA to read the text, it doesn't actually have an output to write to a file
