Hello. I think that the most bad thing which could happen is that your powerbank's power will not be enough to power up the pi.

I'm not sure if the Pi4 models still have this special USB jack issue, but in theory you should be able to use a power bank as power supply. For recent pi models you will need 5V/3a to power up the device and have some overhead for periferals. I once tried with a Pi3 model using a power bank which had around 26.000 MAh, the Pi ran for about two days before I had to recharge the battery.

I ran a pi 4 with a 3.3v fan on a power bank and it worked just fine for me.
Off the spinner, to the skinner, it chops off layers, now I'm thinner.

In fact even 2A is good for PI 4 if you're not using many periferals. :)
