So I thought that this plugin has disappeared from the internet, but today when I tried to look for it again, archive.org saved me :)
So yeah, presenting one of the best free binaural panners ever

Interesting stuff comes up if you click on the uploader's profile. Looks like blindhelp project has found another mirror for cracked software or so.

Yeah, h3d is not free. DearVR Pro is better though, and they just released Pro 2 which supports moving stereo inputs around HRTF space which I'm pretty sure is unique among *any* HRTF implementation, whether that be a VST or an audio library.
