Balteam, it's possible to change your username almost on all the platforms. Even discord allows such actions, even if there are large communities and it's definitely hard to remember who is who.

Later someone will quote you, but new people won't know tht it's your quotation, because you've a different nick

Well I guessit's not hard to code the thing witch show's old username, for example visiting card will be good place IMO.

Well, some people might want to change their usernames, others don't, but is here for those who wants to take advantage of it.
Also, I would appreciate if we have the option for letting users to delete their account as well.

As was already mentionned by some before, what definitely would help here first of all is to build a beautiful and attractive English Web site for elten. That's what the developpers of Klango did! It attracted people from all over the world. A web site that explains what this platform is all about. Also, an app of this program would help too since there are so many persons hou are using a device or a tablet.

hmm, would be aktually cool if we would have usernames and nicknames. you can change the nicknames every feew months, and the forum posts, blog posts and so on are using the nickname. for example (I know, this example is stupid and bgt is not rubi, but anyways) you would have a nickname string. my nickname would be for example rudolf, and I would change it to garo. it would seems like my username is changed, but it is only my nickname, because the string nickname is used (and not string username) in the forums, pm's and so on. IDK if that is possible or just stupid, but yeah that's my idea.

I'm totally against changing usernames. Quotations and mentions go away, knowing people answering too. Guy who once changes from Birdkiller to PrincessofPersia and how about posts like @Birdkiller or just quotations? Or other kinds of reference? And private messages? Noway, that'd be a total mess!

Really? Not being able to change username according to you causes low activity?

I'm not a username Changer personally, I'm fine with my username with my first and last name.

Sowhy everyone discussing about name changing in this topic which aren't for that if it's not the problem?
