Hey there.
Daniel here.
Any way to make languages for espeak?
I want to make a canadian accent vbersion, that says certain words differently, like pro cess instead of process.
I made an attempt at making espeak do english with a russian accent.
If anybody wants a copy of it let me know.
Put iti n the gmw folder of the language directory

hey jthere kindness man. So to add a language in espeak, you need to understand how espeak's phoneme syntax works, it's based on curshenbaum. Then you need to make files which are like that, I don't have enough experience yet, but I know how to add words in the arabic thing. But it isn't that great, and arabic needs much more than that. When I do have access good hardware, and a linux thingy, I'll start working on it again

guys, elten is spoiling the unicode diacritic symbol that is placed after each letter. when you move with right left arrows, it says letter332. but in notepad you'll not see this. it will not be visible in notepad.
