Hello everyone, this is Mart Sales here, and this thread, as the title says, is regarding the audio game Blind Drive by Lo-Fi People, a new company that previously did audio work and other things, but is just now starting on games. And Blind Drive is an interesting game. The concept is that you are blindfolded, handcuffed to the steering wheel of this car, and are forced to drive against traffic with nothing but your ears. The sound design is exceptional. It's really great. And it's just amazing. It is on Steam. It's going to be released on Steam, iOS, and Android for PC and other mobile devices, respectively. And... But as the topic title says, March 10th of this year. hello there guys um so i played blind drive last time i think on august it was some uh i don't know what was that i think some unreleased beta version or something and i created a game gameplay on my youtube channel long shoot 1512 currently i have their 574 views i think uh but i am waiting for the official i'm waiting for the official release of this game in march and i will play it again because um um i watched a few videos with a demo of this game and there is a few changes in this game in dialogues and probably in mechanics as well so we will see how it goes

and um hello um long shoot if you've seen uh post 2 that is my take on the uh playthrough of the demo of course i went into all the detail went into the settings menus and all that uh good stuff but um i like what they did with the changes and just all around generally what they've changed and i'm looking forward to seeing what else they changed i noticed the police talk a lot more now like they should whereas in the old beta they didn't really say much and one change that i'm not particularly happy with though i hope this is random um when you pull out and turn in front of a policeman too early you don't get rammed in the back however you do get overtaken um and i've noticed in the older beta you could actually get rammed in the back and lose a life so i'm wondering if they still have that there and if it's just random because that'd be kind of cool um so yeah um if you look at post 2 of this thread i just direct posted an audio file of me playing uh the demo unless in the uh few videos or whatever you were listening to mine was one of them which in that case cool so yeah

I also found it on YouTube, and I tried to download it myself from Steam, because I think that's the only option to get this demo at the moment. But I don't know how to log in on Steam on my computer, because the app is not accessible. So I need some site to help me to log in, and then I will play it, hopefully. And also, I have a plan, like I said, to buy it on March 10th. So I hope that if I buy it... If I buy it on Steam, they will send me an email with downloadable... Yeah, I am planning to get this game for iOS, Android and the PC, so I can check if, what's the differences between all three, if there is any, but I am wondering how much will that cost for each system, or this game will be free or whatever.

yo what's up uh thanks for sharing the demo uh well for mentioning the game in the first place of course but for sharing the this was a uh it was a pleasure to listen to the uh to your gameplay uh the sound design just rocks you know it's fantastic man i'm looking of course as we all i'm looking for um for to this game coming out soonish so yeah so it's it's great in the in the other hand i have sort of a problem when it comes to this story because uh i guess i guess it's okay we can we can agree that um you know i i mean it's a pity because as much realistic the game as realistic the game feels like you know by the sound of it you know decided by the sound design and everything it kind of um kind of contrasts with this story uh and i am not talking about um driving blindfolded that's that's quite i don't i don't really mind that's um um i don't i don't mind that part it's it's original and fun but i mean you know i would skip the submarine mode i would skip the submarine mode i would skip the ice cream trucks uh thing and even the part with the cops when they're reaching you it's it feels like they they still they're still coming for you with the same um strategy they still yell at you the same way even if you keep um taking them down so i would make this part differently i mean it's it's easy to criticize of course and and it's not like i want to complain this this that's the only problem i have with this game when when listening to this so uh yeah of course i appreciate any new game which doesn't feel like a clone of the old one and which has a great sound design so let's just see what happens you

Hello, um, in regards to the story, um, in what Adventure Time said, um, the story, the story is very, uh, interesting, simply because, um, it, um, it's a game, and it, it, uh, it's not really meant to be as realistic as, like, that, but they want the driving to seem realistic, and it's meant to be based off, like, a 70s, like, driving blind comedy kind of thing, so, in the original, in the original, uh, that leaked beta from 2019 that, uh, Longchute mentioned, which I have played, um, there's scenes where you have to avoid bullets and, uh, run these, this dude over in this farm, and, uh, he's yelling at you, he's shooting at you, you have to avoid his bullets, um, and there are other interesting moments, like the boss battle in Chapter 26, which I know all too well to not mess up nowadays, I barely even touch that beta anymore, but anyways, the story is just, it's awesome, and the, the sound design gets even better as the game progresses, um, and it's just amazing.

yo yo yo yo yo everybody so blind drive premiere is already gone and I played it already as well I bought it on Steam but unfortunately I couldn't get it because I can't login because login interface on Steam is not accessible so I get it on I don't know how you pronounce it correctly this Indian market the itch ITH I don't know never mind but I bought it again it was more expensive than on steam because on steam you have 20% off I think on that other market as well but it is more expensive because I paid seven pounds and I played it and you know there is some change is not really much I mean there's quite a lot of more dialogues and like at the end there is just added some HQ gelato HQ so you just in their base and you kill their people and etc etc I'm not gonna say everything here because I don't want to spoil but it is a really good I really like it I not regret that they bought it and I will buy it on mobile devices as well I think the near future because I want to try it out as well so yeah go and buy it
